After Dark Rave Pilates with Kyla

Turn down the lights and turn up the music for a late-night Mat Pilates experience inspired by your favorite nightclub. Expect energizing beats, full-body Pilates flows, core-burning sequences, and just the right amount of cardio to keep your heart pumping from start to finish.

Attendees receive an exclusive goodie bag as well as the chance to win a grand prize package including items from our wonderful members who are also small business owners as well as other community partners around town.
