Brittany started teaching at Zen Fitness in 2015, and after being an instructor for 6 years, she purchased the studio from previous owner Kate Connor, and The Zen Wellness Company was born.

Kyla would not have always described herself as a fitness enthusiast, but during college she competed in the local Miss Indiana pageants and learned the importance of strength training as a woman. After discovering her love for teaching in 2017, she completed her ACE group instructor certification and personal trainer certificate.
Kyla learned after becoming a mom that fitness is not one size fits all, and began teaching Barre at a local gym in Columbus. Balancing motherhood and finding herself again, she completed her training in Mat Pilates during the summer of 2024 and was introduced to Zen by a fellow instructor. Zen quickly became Kyla's safe haven and she now exclusively teaches at Zen.

In this new step in her journey, she will be bringing her love of movement, music, and meaningful connection to our community!! She is an Aries with a soft spot for all things pink, a big EDM fan at heart, and a proud mom to two minis.
