It is appropriate for those new to Yoga as well as those with plenty of yoga experience-options and modifications are always offered. POWER VINYASA FLOWPower Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic and movement-centric style of yoga that focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. In Vinyasa, you move swiftly from one pose to another, synchronizing your breath with each movement. Unlike some other forms of yoga, the poses are interconnected, creating a continuous flow. The consistent pace of Vinyasa provides a cardiovascular workout, making it an excellent choice for burning calories and improving stamina. Expect challenging poses that engage your core, open your hips, and strengthen your entire body.
POWER FLOW YOGA SCULPTA faster paced vinyasa class that incorporates the use of light weights, resistance bands, and full body moves to build heat and tone muscles through steady, flowing reps. Benefits include improving cardiovascular endurance, building strength, improving posture and balance, gaining bone density, and boosting metabolism.
PEAK POSE POWER FLOWPeak Pose refers to the identification of a single pose or posture and using a specific sequence to build up to it throughout class. A peak pose sequence helps in performing the target pose in a safe, structured and systematic flow. This is important to avoid any injury to the body, to perform the pose to the best of an individual's ability, and to get the most benefit from the pose. Each class will include time for grounding, warming up the muscles, and stretching both the front and back of the body in preparation for the Peak Pose of the day.
HEATED STRENGTH & STABILITY FLOWThis heated, yoga-inspired class blends alignment-focused postures with controlled strength work and targeted balance training. Expect steady holds, purposeful movement, and posture-resetting drills that build deeper awareness and full-body stability. The warmth supports greater mobility and activation, helping you leave feeling centered, strong, and confidently aligned.

RELAX RENEW RESTORE YOGA
This class is a combination of restorative yoga and gentle stretching to relax and renew the body and mind. In restorative yoga, each pose is held for a long time- 2 mins to 20 mins. The main focus while being in these poses is to physically (and eventually mentally) let go and completely relax the body and mind. It is when we can "let go" of our holding patterns that our body finds a state of balance that will help it heal.
Pilates Classes
CORE SCULPT PILATESPilates is a disciplined physical system which was created by German anatomist Joseph Pilates in the early 20th Century. Through a series of precise, controlled movements it targets all muscle groups in the body whilst working on posture, functionality and flexibility. It’s also one of the ultimate mindful training practices, aiding stress and anxiety relief through breathing exercises. Our Core Sculpt Pilates class is contemporary Pilates, meaning it is fusion based, using some of the elements of Pilates, but incorporating other movement techniques and methods such as yoga or cardio.

Our alignment-first approach and focus on body-awareness results in a powerful yet joint friendly workout that supports long term strength and resilience.
